Everyone’s Favorite Salmon Dip

2 cups of flaked smoked or left-over grilled salmon
1 lb of softened cream cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbs horseradish
¼ tsp liquid smoke
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt and Pepper to taste


Mix together well and spoon onto plastic wrap and shape into a log. Wrap, keeping the shape and chill 1 hour or more. Remove onto serving place and sprinkle with parsley. Serve with crackers.

Another appetizer idea:

Spread dip over slices of French bread and top with grated cheddar cheese. Place on cookie sheet and broil until warmed and cheese is bubbly. Cut on the diagonal Garnish with parsley.
