Rhubarb Cream Pie
1 ½ cup sugar
2 TBLS butter
2 TBLS flour
½ tsp nutmeg
2 egg yolks
Mix above together.  Then mix egg whites and 3 ½ cups rhubarb.  Combine all.  Sprinkle with salt. 
Bake in 2 crust pie.  350 for 40-50 minutes
