Halibut Royale

1 cup dry white wine
2 tsp salt
2# halibut steaks
¼ cup fine dry bread crumbs
½ cup each sour cream and mayo
¼ cup chopped green onion
Combine wine and salt, pour over halibut, marinate and refrigerate at least an hour.
Drain halibut on paper towels
Dip both sides in bread crumbs
Place in buttered dish
Combine sour cream and mayo, spread over halibut
Sprinkle with Paprika
Bake at 500 degrees for 20 minutes or until halibut flakes easily with a fork.
