Halibut Enchiladas

1 1/2 c sour cream
1 lb Co Jack cheese grated
1 1/2 c mayonnaise
8 -10 flour tortillas
1 bunch green onions diced
1 can green chiles, diced
taco seasoning
1 can green enchilada sauce

Sprinkle 1 tsp taco seasoning and 2 TBS line on the halibut and bake for 20 minutes at 350. Remove from oven and mash with a fork. Let cool. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and 1 TBS taco seasoning. Reserve 1 cup of mixture. Mix halibut, REMAINING sour cream mixture, green onions, and chiles with half of the cheese. Spread reserved sour cream/mayonnaise in bottom of greased 9 x 13 pan. Fill tortillas with fish mixture, roll and place inpan. Pour enchilada sauce over the top of the enchiladas and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
