Halibut  Bach

½ cup onions chopped
2 lbs halibut
½ cup butter
1 tsp lemon juice
celery salt
salt and pepper
½ cup mayo
1 pkg Ritz crackers crushed

Melt butter in bottom of pan.  Sprinkle chopped onions into melted butter and place halibut steaks on top.  Squeeze lemon juice over halibut and put spices on top.  Place a dollop of Mayo (1 TBLS) on each halibut portion.  Spread.  Coat with cracker crumbs.  Bake 400 for 15 minutes.  Take out when center of fish is no longer glossy.
