Grilled Halibut Tacos
For Cabbage salad:
2 cups finely shredded green cabbage
½ med onion, thinly sliced
3 TBS lime juice
½ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp sea salt
Combine ingredients and chill.

Garnish:
Hot pepper sauce (Tabasco) to taste

 

For Tacos:
4 (4 ounce) halibut fillets
2 TBS lime juice
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp freshly ground cumin
¼ teaspoon sea salt
4 flour tortillas
Whisk together lime juice, cumin, chile powder, salt and oil. Marinade fish and marinate in zip lock baggie. Grill fish till done. Flake with fork into 1” pieces. Fill warmed tortillas and top with sour cream.
