Chicken Breasts Supreme

6 Chicken breast, —boned if desired
½ cup butter/margarine
1 minced onion
½ cup water
1 tsp garlic powder
1 TBS salt
½ tsp pepper (garlic pepper mix can be used instead of garlic powder)

Sauce ingredients:

1 cup sour cream, ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 TBS lemon juice

Directions:

Arrange chicken in a baking dish. Slowly melt butter and mix in onion, water, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour over chicken evenly and bake for about 1 hour, uncovered at 350 degrees or until done. Baste occasionally.
Heat (slowly) the sour cream, mozzarella cheese, and lemon juice until cheese is melted.
Drain some liquid from cooked chicken (if there is a lot). Pour sauce over chicken and sprinkle with parsley. Reheat in oven just before serving. (about 10 minutes)
