Cheryl’s Coconut Salmon

Batter:
4 TBLS flour
1 tsp sugar
2 TBLS corn starch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder.

Add beer till fairly thick batter.

  1. Dip salmon in flour
  2. Dip Salmon in batter
  3. Roll salmon in shredded coconut

Fry.
