Cheryl Baked Salmon Roll with Seafood Filling

Seafood Filling
1 ½ cup cooked salmon
½ cup chopped celery
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 TBP minced parsley
½ tsp salt and pepper
1 tsp grated onion
2 TBLS Mayo
Combine all ingredients

Baked Salmon Roll

Biscuit Dough
1 ½ cup flour
1 ¼ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
¼ cup oil
½ cup milk
½ grated cheese

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.  Set aside.  Mix Cooking oil, milk and cheese together.  Add to flour mixture all at once.  Stir till mixture clings to side of the bowl and forms ball.  Place dough between 2 pieces of wax paper and roll out to 10x12 rectangle.  Spread with Seafood filling and roll up like a jelly roll.  Slice top for air holes.  Bake 400 for 30 minutes.  Serve with heated cream of celery soup for sauce.
