Cheryl’s Aunt Minnie’s Baked Eggs

8 slices bread
1 pound Velveeta cheese
8 eggs (can use 12 if larger dish)
4 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste
*1 pound bacon/green peppers/onions (optional)

Place decrusted slices of bread on the bottom of greased 9X10 pan.  Grate cheese and sprinkle it over the bread.  Beat eggs, milk, and salt and pepper together and pour over cheese.  Let this sit in the refrigerator over night.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 

*Top with fried crisp bacon, peppers, and onion.  Also, you can top it with warm mushroom soup made with ½ and ½.
